This week's morning briefing will be a facilitated dialogue amongst all of us about the sudden loss of meaning, values and perspectives the war in Ukraine has sent us into.
It makes us reflect on the obligations, importance, value and power of art in the current situation. Is art important to the continuation of civilization and the insisting on dialogue or is art in danger of being used in a dirty political game? Does the power and impact of art lie in a long term scope or does the current situation rather call for direct action - and if so how? Jeppe Hemdorff Nissen (Bora Bora) and Charlotte Mors (Performing Arts Platform) will guide the talk and make room for this reflection.
Bora Bora is hosting a ten-days workshop for ten international artists on dance and dramaturgy which is the outset for this morning briefing. So come meet the artists and have an in depth dialogue about the conditions and roles for artists in a war struck Europe.
