Join Morning Movements for the rest of the year.
Morning Movements is a soft awakening of the body, sliding into a more dynamic movement, preparing to meet the day vibrant and alive. We will dance from our blood, our bones, our creative imagination, connecting with the soft animal of our body.
The movement frames will be inspired by Body-Mind Centering, Butoh Dance, Authentic Movement, Contact improvisation, Yoga, Amarta Movement (Prapto) among other things.
The training will have a theme for each day. It could be: The Breathing Spine, Moving with our Blood Flow, Dancing with a Tail, My Body as a Bear, or other themes that can open the sense of the body, the space and our creative minds.
The training is open for everyone with some experience with dance or movement.
